Located in the center of historic Rancho Santa Fe, Pantry’s casual neighborhood atmosphere, delicious comfort food, and remarkable wine list is a recipe for a great time in the Ranch.
The restaurant is run by Daniel and Michiru Bohlen. Daniel is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in NYC and Michiru is a CPA with a talent for baking!
When sitting in Pantry you may get the feeling that you are in wine country. Pantry features made from scratch new American comfort food favorites with fresh flavors and a light twist.
A good example is the Turkey Meatloaf, which has crimini mushrooms ground into the mix and is served with a red wine demi-glace, fingerling potatoes, and seasonal vegetables – definitely not your grandma’s meatloaf! Also, many of the items on the menu are based on Daniel's mother's home cooking (she is an artist and chef).
Pantry’s wine list features an eclectic mix of reasonably priced bottles with high ratings. The restaurant also has a charming wines-to-go section.
Outside of the restaurant, you can find our dangerously delicious cookies in many local gourmet markets. A favorite with locals, Pantry is like your kitchen away from home.
